They should direct the patient admission, general queries and discharge and emergency situations in healthcare scenario. Further, Pedersen Hack (2010) studied the role and responsibilities of the Heads of all departments and members that involve managing their specific department, ensuring that regulations, rules and policies implementation in healthcare scenario. Further, they need to monitor the efficiency of other officers and maintain the documentary records Now coming to the lower level of workers that are directly connected with patients like Nurses, Clinical and medical officers Tarran Sabo (2010) indicated that these level of professionals needs to manage all the aspects of the healthcare to patients that involve medical records, healthcare requirements, patient safety, efficiency of treatments, documentation of records and reporting to authorities.
